Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, phone number, email address, postal address, payment information and product preferences.
Prices
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Skidee® Scooter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Skidee® Scooter shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. If your payment fails, Skidee® Scooter will make reasonable attempts to contact you to complete payment. If we are unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information regarding our products and services.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Promotional Offers
Promotions, rebates, or other offers from Skidee® Scooter may have additional terms and conditions beyond these Terms. You are responsible for complying with any additional terms and conditions associated with any promotion, rebate or offers from Skidee® Scooter which you avail yourself of.
Returns/Refunds
Online purchases may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:
- Item is in original packaging and in unused, brand new condition.
- Item is returned with original receipt showing date and amount of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are prepaid and insured by the customer.
Customers are responsible for any damage during return transit. Please package all returns carefully.
For hygiene reasons, helmets cannot be returned once purchased.
Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days of Skidee® Scooter receiving your return and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your card issuer.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total and shipping address.
- We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Average delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on recipient’s proximity to our warehouse. Some remote addresses may take longer.
- We will send shipping and tracking information to your email once your order has left our warehouse.
- Loss or damage during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, not Skidee® Scooter. Please save all packaging materials and file a claim with the carrier immediately if your order arrives damaged.
Cancellation by Skidee® Scooter
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time before delivery. Some situations where we may cancel an order include:
- Product pricing or other information contains typographical errors or inaccuracies.
- The product is no longer available.
- Your payment information is inaccurate or cannot be processed.
- There was an error on the website regarding the product description, features, or specifications.
- You have violated these Terms or we suspect fraud.
If we cancel your order and have already processed payment, we will refund your payment back to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification if your order is cancelled.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your username and password.
You must not share your account credentials with any third parties. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Limitation Of Liability

Additional Electric Scooter Terms
Age Restrictions
Riders must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate a Skidee® electric scooter. Riders between the ages of 16 and 18 may be required to submit a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Safety Equipment
For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing an approved bicycle helmet when riding a Skidee® electric scooter. Use of protective knee pads, elbow pads, and gloves is also advised. Always wear proper footwear and avoid loose clothing that can get caught in moving parts. Never ride barefoot or in flip flops.
Where You Can Ride
Skidee® electric scooters are intended for use on paved surfaces including roads, bicycle lanes, pathways, and private property. Consult your local laws and regulations regarding where electric scooters are permitted to operate in your area. Riding on public sidewalks is typically prohibited. Avoid off-road areas, steep hills, and unsafe terrain.
Night Riding
Use extreme caution when riding at night. Wear reflective clothing and utilize the scooter’s front and rear lights to remain visible. Reduce speed and increase following distance from other vehicles at night. Avoid unlit areas.
Weather Conditions
Do not operate in wet weather or on slippery surfaces where traction and braking may be impaired. Exposure to water may damage the scooter electronics. Use careful judgement during snow and ice conditions.
Traffic Laws
Obey all applicable traffic signs, signals, right-of-way laws, and speed limits when riding your electric scooter. You may be considered a vehicle on the roadway so treat yourself like a car. Do not weave dangerously through traffic.
Impairment
Do not operate the scooter while intoxicated or impaired by any substance including alcohol, drugs, or medication. Full control and clear judgement is required while riding.
Distractions
Do not use phones, headphones or other electronic devices that distract you from complete attention to operating the scooter. Both hands should remain on the handlebars while riding.
Passengers
Skidee® scooters are designed for one rider only. Do not carry any passengers or animals while operating. Do not allow more than one person at a time to ride the scooter.
Load Limits
Do not exceed the maximum load rating specified for your scooter model. Overloading can impact stability, speed, and range. Do not attach overweight cargo or accessories to the scooter.
Maintenance
Perform periodic safety inspections and maintenance to keep your electric scooter in good operating condition. Check tire pressure and tread wear regularly. Ensure all parts are tightened properly. Replace worn or damaged components. Do not modify the scooter from its original design.
Training
Take time to safely learn how to ride your new electric scooter in a controlled, traffic-free area before venturing out on public roads. Practice starting, stopping, turning, maneuvering, and using the throttle and brakes until you are fully in control of the scooter.
Assumption of Risk
Riding an electric scooter involves inherent risks of falls, collisions, crashes, and other dangers that may result in serious injury or death. When you choose to ride a Skidee® Scooter product you voluntarily assume full responsibility for all related risks of injury or loss.
